    1.岗位职责/Job responsibilities

    1) 根据公司下达的指标,独立执行并完成相关的销售任务;达成负责区域内销售回款目标;

    2) 负责区域内市场行业信息、患者、客户群体信息情报的搜集整理分析、调研与市场预测工作;

    Responsible for the collection, collation, analysis, research and marketing forecasting of market industry information, patient and customer group information in the region;

    3) 策划各类推广活动、参加国内外展会,掌握市场动态,建立畅通的销售渠道并积极开发,挖掘销售渠道;

    Plan promotional activities, participate in domestic and overseas exhibitions, grasp market dynamics, establish smooth sales channels and actively develop and explore sales channels;

    4) 对竞争品牌和行业先进公司产品的促销手段、性能、价格、广告策略等的收集、整理和分析,针对公司的销售策略给予积极的建议;

    Collect, sort out and analyze the promotional means, performance, price, advertising strategies, etc. of the products of competitive brands and advanced companies in the industry, and give positive suggestions for the company’s sales strategy;

    5) 建立客户档案(终端和渠道),完成相关销售报表(周报、月报等);

    Establish customer files (terminals and channels), complete relevant sales reports (weekly, monthly, etc.);

    6) 与客户建立良好关系,介绍宣传公司产品,维护企业形象,控制成本,合理使用各项销售费用;

    Establish good relations with customers, introduce and promote the Company’s products, maintain corporate image, control costs, and reasonably use all sales expenses;

    7) 管理销售团队日常销售业务工作,审阅订货、发货等业务报表,指导、监督并有效控制销售活动。

    Manage the daily sales business of the sales team, review the order, delivery and other business reports. Guide, supervise and effectively control sales activities.

    8) 建设并培育销售人员,提高销售人员的达标率,帮助选拔、补充、发展销售团队;

    9) 完成上级领导临时交办的其他任务和本部门职权范围内的其他事务。

    任职资格

    2.任职要求/Job requirements:

    1) 工作经验:3年以上医疗器械相关经验,医疗器械公司2年以上销售经理工作经验优先;

    Work experience: more than 3 years of medical device related experience, more than 2 years of sales manager work experience in medical device company is preferred;

    2) 技能要求/Skill requirements

    a)熟悉医疗耗材、二类、三类等医疗微型设备销售渠道;

    Familiar with the sales channels of medical consumables, Class II, Class III and other medical micro devices;

    b)熟悉医疗器械招投标流程,能够组织编写投标文件;

    Familiar with the bidding process of medical devices, able to organize the preparation of bidding documents;

    c)熟悉电商平台运营推广和销售渠道开发和医疗器械行业市场竞争态势;

    Familiar with the operation and promotion of e-commerce platforms and sales channel development and the market competition situation of the medical device industry;

    d)对行业前景有独到的见解,拥有丰富的人脉及行业资源者优先;

    1.岗位职责/Job responsibilities

    1) 根据销售战略,合理安排并实施销售计划,完成既定销售目标;

    2) 负责划分区域内新客户拓展和客户维护,经销或代理的开发、培训、管理、协调;

    1.岗位职责/Job responsibilities

    a)战略参与:根据公司整体战略目标分解制订电商营销战略,制订营销策略与营销计划,建立营销管理体系;

    任职资格

    2. 任职要求/Job requirements:

    1) 教育背景:生物医学、电子工程、市场营销、中文等相关专业大专及以上学历;

    Education background: junior college degree or above in biomedical science, electronic engineering, marketing, Chinese or other related majors;

    2) 工作经验:10年以上电商工作经验,其中3年以上医疗器械、医药连锁、家用医疗器械等电商销售管理经验;

    Work experience: more than 10 years of e-commerce work experience, of which more than 3 years of e-commerce sales management experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical chains, household medical devices, etc.;

    3) 技能要求/Skill requirements

    a)熟悉互联网、电子商务领域,精通B2C平台、O2O业态形式,了解各平台的合作运营模式;
