     1)负责搭建中国区域销售运营体系,组织制定中国区销售制度、政策、流程和规范,统筹和指导下辖各区域销售运作;

    2)根据公司战略规划和销售总体目标,组织拟定中国区销售战略和销售目标;

    Responsible for the overall market development and expansion in China, collect and analyze domestic and overseas market information, integrate marketing resources, develop and maintain the relationship with important strategic partners, agents and customers through academic conference, academic promotion, customer visit, exhibition, e-commerce channel, etc., establish long-term sustainable cooperative relationships and build a marketing ecosystem;

    According to the actual business needs of the Company, formulate a systematic investigation plan, organize and implement market research activities for relevant projects and products, collect and analyze industry information and information of competitive companies, form market research reports, and provide reference for the Company’s business decision-making; 

     Organize the summary and analysis of sales effects in China. Adjust and optimize the marketing strategies and implementation plans in a timely manner; 

     Responsible for the planning and actual use of the overall sales expenses in China, control sales costs and profits, and carry out risk and accounting management;

     Responsible for the formation, cultivation, daily management, motivation and assessment of sales teams in various regions in China to create a good sales culture. 


    Qualifications

     Education background: Bachelor degree or above in marketing, Chinese or other related majors, biomedical science and electronic engineering are preferred;2)工作经验:10年以上医疗器械相关经验,医疗器械公司5年以上销售总经理、副总经理工作经验优先; 

     a)熟悉医疗耗材、二类、三类等医疗微型设备销售渠道;

    Job Description

    1.岗位职责/Job responsibility

    1) 根据公司中国区销售策略和销售目标,协助中国区销售总裁制定公司区域的销售目标和销售计划,对区域销售目标达成负责;

    Qualifications

    1) 教育背景:市场营销、中文等相关专业本科及以上学历,生物医学、电子工程专业优先;
