In order to implement the national deployment requirements for the cause of using technology to assist person with disabilities, and gain a precise understanding of Hunan’s industrialization trends of new products, technologies and new scenarios in this field during the first half of 2026, Jin Xinjuan, Member of the Party Group and Vice Chairperson of the Hunan Disabled Persons’ Federation, and her delegation investigated IntelliMicro on June 11. The delegation had gain an in-depth understanding of IntelliMicro’s R&D, production, production applications and business requirements, with the aiming of promoting the scientific and technological achievements to help the disabled from the laboratory to the service end.

During the investigation, Jin Xinjuan and her delegation listened attentively to IntelliMicro’s report on the its development, project construction progress, and future development plans. They focused on understanding the progress of the invasive brain-computer interface (BCI) “IMIE Intelligent Retina” project and conducted in-depth exchanges on the project’s clinical translation, applications for assisting the disabled, industrial promotion, etc.

The responsible person of IntelliMicro expressed gratitude to the Hunan Disabled Persons’ Federation for its long-term care and support. Since the establishment of IntelliMicro, it has always adhered to the mission of “Dreams of disabled made possible by Microtechnology”, and its first-launched invasive BCI project, “IMIE Intelligent Retina”, has officially entered the clinical trial stage. Currently, the Company is steadily advancing the clinical and registration work for the project, accelerating the practical transformation of cutting-edge BCI technology into products that benefit and assist the disabled, ensuring that technological innovation truly serves to improve the quality of life and rehabilitation level of the disabled, and fulfilling its mission of assisting the disabled through technology with concrete actions.
Vice Chairperson Jin Xinjuan fully affirmed IntelliMicro’s breakthrough progress in the field of invasive BCI. She encouraged the company to seize the strategic opportunities presented by the national deployment requirements for the cause of using technology to assist person with disabilities, continue to play its role as the main driver of innovation, accelerate the clinical and registration work of new products for assisting the disable such as “IMIE Intelligent Retina”, and promote more cutting-edge technologies to be accurately delivered from the laboratory to the service end. At the same time, she hoped that IntelliMicro would actively report the bottlenecks and demands in the industry development, jointly build a bridge for communication between the government and enterprises, and also hoped that IntelliMicro would continue to delve into the scenarios of assisting the disabled through technology, effectively transforming scientific and technological innovation achievements into high-quality rehabilitation services that are tangible and accessible to people with disabilities, and helping to improve their quality of life and happiness index .
